Contents clean and unmarked, but for a soil mark to the initial blank leaf, and which has transferred slightly to the front free endpaper, which also has some soiling at the joint. Large square quarto, 294x265mm, in the original binding of undressed grey hessian titled in brown, bright, firm, and clean, with very slight fading to bottom edge: in the protected pictorial dust jacket, edges slightly knocked, with a few very small closed tears, head of spine scuffed.
