Pages preponderately clean, a few have light thumb marks. Firm, with neat gutter repairs to the endpapers. In the original binding of russet pictorial cloth blocked in black and gold: 2cm pale patch (splash damage) to upper board, and a few minor marks. Spine ends softened and rubbed, a few scuffs to edges, otherwise firm and generally bright. A good copy of a scarce title. Very Good. Item #18802040
