Contents unmarked and like new. The year's monthly issues handsomely bound together by the publisher, with yellow endpapers and a colour frontis. Neatly placed on the front pastedown are a 'Reward of Merit' label with the recipient's name, and a stamp which resembles a postage stamp. No other marks. The crimson cloth binding, 21x16cms, is decorated in gilt and black, with ruled borders, all very fresh and bright, like new, firm and with corners still sharp. The plain crimson spine has faded a little. The articles are informative, although decidedly moralising. A remarkably fresh copy.
