Lavishly produced on coated paper, with articles by many contributors, hundreds of photographs, and a number of folding plans. Covers not bound in. Contents of both volumes are in sparkling bright condition. A previous owner has pencilled that these 2 volumes constitute all that was published of the periodical: 10 issues, as July/August were done together. Volume I includes the two pieces by Erskine Childers, How we Drifted to the Baltic in a 7-tonner, and A Month's Cruise in Sheltered Waters. 23x15.5ins, in recently refurbished bindings of 19thC black half calf with purple silk boards, spines with five raised bands decorated in gilt, and a red lettering piece.
