Originally compiled for the proprietors' own edification, here offered for the interest of their customers, with a multitude of titbits, such as the Speed of water at London Bridge, Largest hailstones, Highest manned balloon ascent, and Temperature of a fish, as well as the more purely meteorological fare. Contents very clean, c.17x12cms; the covers larger, printed yellow and blue, a little bent at the edges, and slightly sunned to the plain back. A charming jeu d'esprit, and quite scarce. Very Good+.
