Leather_bound. 256pp. Apparently the author's copy, as it has been leather bound by Zaehnsdorf to a high standard, and Higham has signed the title page. Contents clean and bright. A neat, other ownership name dated 1945 to the initial blank leaf. 15.5x9.5cms, firm, and with elaborate inner dentelles, in the binding of green and brown calf gilt: all edges gilt, bright, with striated panels to the boards, titled to the front, and with triple ruled borders. Upper board slightly marked. Spine with five raised bands, ruled, compartments finely decorated, with a later lettering-piece and '1931' in blind at the foot. Some damage to the head of the spine has been corrected with a craftsman repair. A very attractive copy. Near Fine. Item #19312070
