All pages printed recto only, the blanks not counted, so there are about 240 leaves. Accompanied by a number of unused forms in an envelope attached inside the back cover. Contents in very good order, pages clean with a few exceptions, such as the first few prelims, which have some foxing or soiling. A few printed Amendment slips have been tipped in, and there are a couple of hand-written corrections. The first of the 'Register' forms has a few entries, the last of which is dated 1943. 24.7x17.3cms, in the original soft binding of paper-backed khaki cloth, front titled in black. Ownership name to head of front cover; back cover bent due to the material attached inside. With minor soiling, a bump to the foot of the spine, and a short scuff to the upper joint.
