Harmsworth's Business Encyclopedia and Commercial Educator.

London: Educational Book Company, n.d. [1925] Presumed first and only edition. 700+ pp per volume. A substantial and well-produced set, copiously illustrated in colour and black and white, including many lively fold-outs. Introductory essays by the Earl of Birkenhead (Reality and Opportunity), Neville Chamberlain (Personality and Success), and Sir John Marriott on the Romance of Trade. Contents clean and very fresh. Quarto, in the original bindings of grey cloth. Bindings firm, a few extremities blunted, joints and spine ends rubbed, gilt spine titles dulled. Externally dreary-looking, internally exhilarating! A very good set. Very Good.
