Treasure Island.
Robert Louis Stevenson: illustrated by Edmund Dulac:

Treasure Island.

London: Ernest Benn, 1927. First Dulac edition. 256pp, with the 12 colour plates and illustrations in the text. Contents immaculate, as new. Slight toning to endpapers. In the original fawn cloth, upper board bordered in gilt, spine with black lettering-piece. Extremely bright and fresh, corners sharp, spine ends puckered, three 2mm foxing spots to closed fore-edge of final pages. In the protected unclipped pictorial dust jacket, printed on cream coated stock: this is slightly toned and handled relative to the book, and there have been a few small internal professional tissue repairs, chiefly to the head of the spine, making good small chips and an adjacent closed tear at the heads of the joints, and another to the top edge of the plain back panel. Dulac's design to the front panel is complete and clean, the spine and back panel are slightly soiled, with light scuffing to the joints. An exceptionally fine copy, with the rare dust jacket. Near Fine in very good+ dust-jacket.
