The story of the Japanese Princess who was betrothed at an early age to a Korean Prince, but who, following the death of her son, dedicated herself to social work in Korea. Front free endpaper bears a gift inscription from the Editor. Contents very clean. In the original binding of tan cloth, spine titled in red and metallic blue, clean, bright and firm, corners sharp, small angled ridges to spine cloth. In the protected pictorial dust jacket: light fraying or wear to some edges, the spine has angled ridges corresponding with those of the cloth, and there is a small chip to the foot. Inner edge of front panel sunned. A good copy. VG in G dust-jacket.
