Top edge red, in the original binding of red cloth over thin boards, bright and clean, titled in gilt to front and spine. Tiny pale specks to lower part of upper board. In the protected price-clipped pictorial dust jacket. This is bright and attractive, with no tears. There is a little foxing around the spine and to the top edge of the lower panel, and some of the pale areas around the spine are lighter than they should be - as some of the pigment has been nibbled away by silverfish!
